A simple lace pattern bandana for a quick Christmas project. Easy to follow, a beginners introduction into a lace knitting pattern. The bandana is made with 2 strands held together, 1 of each yarn.

This was fun to do. Lots of counting, and some tinking when I got it wrong, but easy to follow and it turned out lovely. I switched the Alpaca Blaze Seafoam for Friends Kid Silk - the Blaze was a bit too scratchy for my liking, Silk is much softer. The Soft Alpaca Lace is lovely.

Great pattern for a first time lace project. The bandana is knit from the bottom up, so you start with a few stitches (bottom tip of triangle) and end with a lot of stitches (top side of triangle). The pattern is completely written out and there are no charts to read.

A lovely and surprisingly quick knit! A great go to project for a gift. I ended up using alpaca lace in Juniper and Diablo Wild Print in Camouflage and it came out so pretty!
