Hobbii is much more than a place to find your favorite yarns and patterns.
Our biggest goal is to have ONLY happy and satisfied customers. We will do our best to achieve this, for instance, by improving your user experience in our ever-growing yarn store!

About My Hobbii
My Hobbii is a customer portal that can be accessed by all My Hobbii members. A membership means a number of free benefits, such as

Registration for My Hobbii
You can sign-up for My Hobbii for free on our website.
To start the quick registration process, click on the user icon in the upper right corner or in the footer of the website. When your registration is complete you will receive a welcome e-mail.
We store your personal information safely. You are also responsible for keeping your login information and personal details safe. Store them securely and do not share them with others. You must keep all member information up to date.
Rules for membership
A membership is personal and cannot be shared between several people. You must have an e-mail address to be a member of My Hobbii.
Consent to marketing
Your membership does not mean you have to consent to direct marketing. This is an optional subscription you can choose when you create your account. In other words, you can easily be a member of My Hobbii, without receiving our newsletters or text messages. You can also unsubscribe from direct marketing at any time (see below)
Cancellation of membership and cancellation of marketing
You can cancel your free My Hobbii membership at any time under the “Settings” of your “My Hobbii” account.
If you would like to stop receiving free newsletters about our sales and giveaways, you can click the unsubscribe button directly at the bottom of the e-mail. To unsubscribe from SMS marketing, simply following the instructions in the SMS.

About Hobbii's Point Store
As a member of My Hobbii you automatically receive free access to our Point Store.
Because we love to spoil our customers, as a My Hobbii member you earn points every time you shop. Points that can be redeemed for exclusive items in the Point Store 😍
How to earn points
You must be a member and be logged in to receive points. As we mentioned, this is completely free! You earn points by shopping with Hobbii. There are lots of other ways to get points too! This includes writing reviews or uploading photos of projects (Read more in the “Point Store” menu).
Use of points
Your earned points can be converted into exclusive products and patterns in the Points Store. Your points are personal and cannot be transferred from one account to another. It is also not possible to exchange your points for money. We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, revalue or change all or part of how points are earned and what points can be used for - without liability or prior notice to you. From time to time, we may offer you benefits in return for the redemption of a certain number of your points.
Value of points
The amount of points you earn on your order depends on the size of the order. The bigger the order - the more points - the more beautiful products you can choose from in the Points Store 🤩 The number of points you receive by performing other actions on our website can be found under "How to earn points". Every time you spend £1, you will earn 25 points (with the exception of items purchased with a gift card).
Expiration of points
We would like your points to last forever - but if you don’t use them, they will expire 2 years after they are awarded. We will do our best to notify you long before they expire so you have a chance to use them. When you make a purchase in the Point Store your oldest points will always be used first.
If you decide to return an item or cancel an order, the points you earned on the purchase will be deducted from your balance. If you cancel your Hobbii membership, your earned and unused points will be permanently deleted.
Canceling access to the Point Store
If you no longer want access to the Point Store and you want to stop receiving points, you must cancel your “My Hobbii” membership under "Settings". If you cancel your Hobbii membership, your earned and unused points will be permanently deleted.
