This is a great beginner pattern, and because there's a lot of flexibility in it, it is also a wonderful way to test out new yarns and end up with a lovely finished object at the end. I made this pattern with the Friends Merino Wool and Kid Silk, with some slight adjustments to the width. The pattern was very easy to follow and creates lovely texturing in your finished project.

I made a this head band using the Universe yarn in the color Outer Space and I love the way it looks. The stretch on the headband using this pattern and Universe yarn is great. I really like this head band pattern!

This is an easy pattern for beginners. It took me about two weeks to make and it feels wonderful on my head. I surely will be enjoying this headband this winter!
