This is a beautiful pattern, but I don't think it should be listed as beginner friendly. I had great difficulty working the peplum on such a small needle, and ended up frogging the entire thing out of frustration/very sore finger pads. Wouldn't recommend to anyone who knits tightly/ anyone below intermediate skill.
