PATTERN INFORMATION
Kitty the cat is a sweet and soft cat that is ready to become your new pet. Legs and arms are crocheted directly onto the body to minimize assembly work afterwards.
If you use safety eyes, make sure you use ones that are large enough to fit properly without falling out of the holes. I recommend a minimum of 9 mm, but this depends on your crochet gauge.
I recommend embroidering the eyes if the toy is to be used by children under 3 years old.

This pattern was really fun to make, and easy to follow. Mostly sc and sl st. Some multiple sc together. I chose to add the arms and legs without slip stitching them separately first. I believe this made it slightly easier to work into the body. Amazing pattern. I used blue mercerized cotton 8/4, with double stands instead of the yarn suggested for the pattern. Came out slightly smaller, but just as cute!!
