Friends Cotton 8/4 Mercerized is a super fine yarn made out of 4 threads spun together. The whole range comes with our “easy start” pull-out tab, making it much handier to find the beginning of your skein.

I loved to work with this yarn. It is smooth and it glides beautifully when crocheting. Perfect for the project for the T-Rex by Anneka Den Outer that I used it for. As we live in a warm climate, we require a yarn that breathes and not too heavy. This mercerised yarn gives the finished article a sheen as well ensures longevity with the strength of the blanket that our Grandson will use on many occasions.

The Friends 8/4 cotton yarn is my favorite to work with for many colorful reasons. I have used for making baby sweaters and blankets, granny square purses, toy animals, and many dolls. It is strong and leaves a smooth finish. It is all natural, so I feel safe using it for kids toys. Did I mention the colors are many and beautiful. You will not be disappointed. Happy stitching!!

This was my first time working with this weight and cotton yarn and I loved it! I fear I've been spoiled lol. I got pistachio and it was very true to color. The yarn was easy to work with and the cardigan and bandana came out so lovely! It's soft, breathable and lays beautifully, I highly recommend this yarn! I want to make more with it lol

This is a great yarn to work with. It is very shiny and strong. It doesn't split which is good for beginners and decorations. It has nice colours but there isn't a wide variety like the non-mercerized cotton yarn. It is a little bit rough on the hands when working but not too bad. I would recommend this yarn.

Absolutely love this yarn, currently making a dress in Emerald. Some of the best if not THE best quality of yarn I've used. Really want there to be more colours.
Love that it doesn't tangle easily if at all and it doesn't fray. I would say Hobbii needs to constantly have this yarn in stock!
