What is the Point Store?
As a My Hobbii member, you automatically get free access to the Point Store 😊
Because we love to spoil our customers, as a My Hobbii member you earn points every time you shop. Points can be exchanged for exclusive items in the Point Store.
How do I earn points?
Once you are a member of My Hobbii, you earn points every time you shop - with the exception of items purchased with a gift card.
You can also earn points in other ways - such as reviewing products or patterns on the website. Read more about how you can earn points under “How To Earn Points”.
All points are saved on your account, and may only be used by you. You can always see your points balance under “My Points”.
What can I spend my points on?
Your points can be redeemed for exclusive products and patterns in the Point Store.
Are my points deducted when I make a return?
Yes, if you decide to return an item or cancel an order, the points you earned on the purchase will be deducted from your balance.
Can my points expire?
We would like your points to last forever - but if you don’t use them, they will expire 2 years after they were awarded.
We will do our best to notify you long before they expire so you have a chance to use them. When you make a purchase in the Point Store your oldest points will always be used first. 😊
How much are my points worth?
Every time you spend $1, you will earn 15 points.
How do I cancel my access to the Point Store?
If you want to completely cancel your access to the Point Store and stop receiving points, you must cancel your My Hobbii membership under Settings.
If you cancel your membership, you will lose your points balance and will no longer earn new points on purchases. This can not be undone.
