MEASUREMENTS
Measurements taken with the beanie laid flat, not including pom pom.
Hat fits a head size of 48- 56 cm / 19”-22”
Width: 24 cm / 9.5”
Length: 25 cm / 10”
PATTERN INFORMATION
The classic design of the Winterberry Beanie allows the lustre of Hobbii’s Pearly Haze yarn to shine through. Practise your Tunisian crochet skills by working this hat flat with a straight hook. Begin with the irresistible Honeycomb stitch, then transition into the soothing knit stitch. The 8-point crown shaping adds a touch of slouch for that effortlessly cool look. Top it with a large pom pom and you’re ready for a mid-winter stroll through the park.
Please Note: You can either use a Tunisian crochet hook with a cable as listed in the pattern materials list and shown in the video tutorial or use the long Tunisian crochet hook received in the Advent Calendar.
Here you can easily and quickly buy everything needed for this pattern.

One of the easiest patterns I've completed yet! This was my first Tunisian crochet project, and I flew through it in a matter of a couple days working on and off. There is a YouTube video that walks you through the entire process as well, so I was able to watch and follow along with the new stitches. This is definitely helpful if you don't understand how the written pattern is supposed to work up. Perfect last minute gifts, especially if you don't want to learn how to knit to achieve the stockinette look (like me haha)!

The video that came with the pattern was SUPER helpful! I can't stress this enough!
Also, I didn't have any issues with the sizing I would even say it turned out quite loose. But I do have quite a loose tension that usually very close to Toni's tension based on other patterns of hers I've made before.
The hat is gorgeous! I wish I would have gotten the same colour Blue that Toni was using in the tutrorial, haha! But my latte #20 is also good and i'm sure will be a staple in my wardrobe!

Loved this pattern and just in time for the holidays. The pattern alone can be hard to follow if you don’t already know Tunisian crochet, however, the video linked in the pattern has Toni walking you through every step the way only Toni can.

I just want to say thank you for including a tutorial link in the pattern download. I’m not the best at reading patterns but do well with visuals. I’m making the hat and am enjoying it. I’m late in getting started but that’s ok.

I liked this hat pattern. It worked up quickly and the yarn in the advent kit was something I'd never usually try. But the tunisian hook included in the kit was TERRIBLE. I hate that style for tunisian crochet.
