Presenting a lush thick wool with a slightly rustic look, in big glorious 100 gram skeins. For this worsted / aran weight we recommend a needle size 5.5 - 6 mm, which makes for a quick knit. Woolpower Print is easy to work with and is loosely spun, which gives a dazzling look to your finished projects. This yarn is great for toasty afghans, jumpers and cardigans. The yarn has a loosely spun structure with a variation in thickness.

We offer 5 colour changing shades with a fluent transition from one colour to the next, creating beautiful and surprising nuances. If you use a colour changing skein as the contrast colour in a pattern together with a solid skein as the main colour, you will get an interesting and exciting result.

Woolpower Print can also be felted and is very apt for felted slippers , mittens and loads of luscious home decor.

Please be aware that the yarn's thickness varies quite a bit, providing the yarn with its very own expression.

The yarn is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified (no. 1976-294). Find more information about the certification at https://www.oeko-tex.com/en/

This wool felted up beautifully! I made the Happy Sheep Felted Slippers (Crochet) with two balls of 111. For size 8.5-9, it was a little bit of yarn chicken, but each ball was exactly enough for each slipper. After a bit of elbow grease (felted by hand for a couple of hours in alternating hot and cool soaks) the wool shrunk down. The rows of colours blended really nicely. They are still drying (it takes a while to air dry so I do recommend monitoring a machine-dry) but they feel really sturdy. I'm sure they will be warm in the winters. Will finish the slippers with a bit of liquid rubber STOP on the soles.

I got one of these in my "lucky wool bag" - and that was very lucky. I ran out of an other thick wool yarn and continued with this one. It made all the difference. I love the colour flow and it is very nice to work and felts very well. I just wish I had used this as the main yarn on my project. I will know better for next time.

I bought colors 111,112 and 114. I have only used color 112 so far but I absolutely love this yarn. It’s so soft and squishy and the colors work up beautifully! I’ll definitely buy more and I can’t wait to work up my other two colors I got! I definitely recommend this yarn. One ball was perfect for the adult size hat I made.

Lovely soft wool, definitely variation in thickness, makes it all the more charming.
Colour changes are gradual and as the colour changes from one to the next, it makes a new colour which is beautiful. The colour change is not uniform, there is no repeating order that the colours change in so the piece is a rustic mix once completed.

I had ordered 3-4 skeins of Happy Sheep Woolpower Print- Mustard/Rust/Olivie/Perol (101) and i absolutely loved the colour! My scarf looks incredible and the yarn was easy to work with. It’s not the softest of yarns though. I’ve ordered 5 more skeins in colour 105. :-)
