Pearly Haze, a yarn with a pearly sheen.

This made-in-Italy blown yarn is made from 73% viscose and 27% extra fine merino wool. Pearly Haze is produced using a technique called “Soffili”: the extra fine merino wool is blown into a hollow chainette. The viscose structure gives the yarn an elegant shine, softness, and lightness, whereas the merino wool makes Pearly Haze warm, slightly fluffy, and delicate against the skin. The wool is sourced from Australia and is mulesing-free. Moreover, it has undergone the Basolan treatment which ensures softness, better resistance to pilling, and brighter colors.

The color palette is subdued yet appears vibrant thanks to the shiny effect given by the viscose. Pearly Haze is suitable for beginners and experts alike and it is so flexible that your hands will not get tired while crafting with it.

Need some inspiration? Use Pearly Haze to create garments and accessories for both adults and children or a luxurious throw for your home.

Pearly Haze is so soft that it will make you fall in love.

I've seen this yarn being talked about in live shopping events and I always thought it was so beautiful, but I don't think I would have taken a chance on it an purchased it on my own if I didn't receive it in a lucky bag and got to interact with it first. I got the color (67) Misty Violet. The yarn is so soft and light weight. True to its name it does have a pearly, slightly color shifting sheen that is so beautiful. I definitely will be purchasing more in the future

Wonderful yarn, the chainette means this works perfectly for any pattern or design where yarn splitting might ordinarily be an issue. I have been using it for jasmine stitch designs and it works perfectly. Amazing stitch definition because of the wool halo, no yarn splitting because of the chainette, and no gaps since it has a decent stretch to it.

This yarn is so different! It makes the most interesting fabric, and it’s like nothing I’ve ever used before! The chain net construction makes this yarn split-free and effortless to stitch with! The possibilities are endless, and I love holding it with a sport wight Cotton for a speckled effect!

As a new crocheter, I have been experimenting with different types of yarn and I really enjoyed this one! I made granny squares and the yarn almost looked like melting metal on my hook. The finished squares somehow had a shiny faded denim appearance. It was easy to work with holds its shape nicely.

Such a lovely yarn with an amazing sheen. Frogging can be a tiny bit tricky just go slow and be gentle. This yarn will really stretch with the first wash. My sweater dress was actually hitting just under my hips before the wash. Make sure to try wet blocking for gauge swatches
