My basket looks amazing and the stitch was easier than I thought it would be. I really like that the stitch causes the basket to be a bit thicker so it stands up by itself really well - not floppy at all. I altered it a little to add some handles and I love it.

Works up really fast. I made one big one (for me) and three small ones (for gifts). I love the look of the pattern. Have yarn left for at least another one. Because they work up quickly, they make a great filler project in between bigger projects.

I have now made 9 baskets in both sizes and plan to make more. Once you learn the magic ring the rest of the pattern is very easy to follow with wonderful illustrations. These baskets are going to make great Christmas gifts.

This was the first basket that I made and it turned out great! I had to adjust the increases in the base because mine was getting ruffled (too many stitches and not laying flat) but otherwise this was straightforward.

I really loved how my basket turned out. Learning new projects is fun for me. I have never worked with ribbon yarn before and I am looking forward to making more baskets with this yarn.
