Meet Rainbow Deluxe; the extra durable member of our large Rainbow-family. The Deluxe version is made from 100% combed Turkish cotton, which is soft, flexible, and exceptionally durable.

Turkish cotton is known and loved for its natural shine and the extra long fibers. The length of the fibers has a lot to say when it comes to spinning a fine and smooth cotton yarn that’s resilient and especially durable. Textiles in Turkish cotton stay beautiful for many years and only get softer with use.

Rainbow Deluxe also excels when it comes to its absorbing powers, but is quick-drying at the same time. It creates the perfect balance in a soft cotton yarn that is well-suited for things like exquisite towels and interior textiles as well as blouses, tops, and cute summer styles.

If you love amigurumi, there’s lots of opportunities to play around with color combinations since Rainbow Deluxe can be easily combined with other Rainbow 8/4 yarns. When it comes to fit, we recommend that you keep to one version when knitting/crocheting clothing.

Like our other 100% cotton yarns, Rainbow Deluxe can withstand warm wash - but washing at higher temperatures will inevitably make the colors fade over time. Unless you’re knitting/crocheting dishcloths or towels we recommend that you wash it at max 104°F (40°C).

The yarn is OEKO-TEX® certified (no. 2076-311). Find more information about the certification on the https://www.oeko-tex.com/en/

Absolutely gorgeous. I have a lot of experience with cotton for weaving . I ve used this before or weaving , crochet & knitting baby blankets . I've paid. Ten times a skein more than this and can't say that this year isn't equal . The color palette leaves nothing to want ... Theyarn is soft and gets better with each wash , I prefer wools normally , but when I work with cotton , this is really a pleasant and affordable way to go! Made me more open to the fact that sometimes more expensive do Snr mean better quality. Thanks Hobbii !

Bought this yarn to make special request socks for a man who has “ foot issues”. Note that he also has size 13 feet. Two balls were enough to make the socks. He is thrilled as the socks absorb well, but dry quickly. He requested a second pair shortly after receiving the first pair. He has special shoes he must wear, and these socks were perfect for him. He has had troubles with all other socks he has tried. I’ll be keeping this yarn on hand! Awesome!!!

This is such a versatile yarn. I have made market bags, pot holders, embellished beanies and crochet floral appliqués and I’m currently working on a sweet granny square jacket for my granddaughter. It is soft, the colors are vibrant, it washes well and has a lovely drape. Would work well for lightweight baby garments and blankets as well. I highly recommend it, and will be ordering this yarn as long as it is available.

I used this yarn to knit my Afra Sweater designed by Irene Lin. It's machine washable and dryable and comes out of a warm dryer wrinkle-free. You should allow for some shrinkage - mostly in length if you want to launder it in this way. The yarn has a lovely drape and comes in many colors. I chose "Oat 05" for this lovely pullover. https://www.ravelry.com/projects/kimmyz/afra-sweater

I never thought cotton yarn could be so soft! Working with this yarn is a dream! If you're trying to save money, I'll be perfectly honest. The rainbow cotton yarn of the same weight is very soft as well, is the deluxe yarn two times softer? I don't think so. But if you have the budget for your project to use this yarn, i highly recommend it. Softest cotton yarn I've ever come across.
