My guys liked this and were using even as I was trying to make it 😼
Make sure to take plenty of breaks as this yarn is tiring to work with. I’d do a couple of rounds then swap to a regular yarn for a break.
Lots of stitch markers were really useful, especially to help keep track of where you were when working the opening, and then the ears.

This pattern was well written out and easy to use. I am new to using patterns and this was something I completed in a few days. It is VERY important to crochet this pattern tighter than usual as the pattern suggests. It's necessary for sturdiness. So far my cat doesn't like it, but she is finicky... This winter, I'm sure she'll change her mind.

My mom recently brought home a bottle baby kitten that my aunt rescued from under her house, and she asked me to make something for the kitten to snuggle into since she keeps looking for the softness of her mom (very young kitten). I made this and am so beyond pleased with it! The baby kitten doesn’t cry as much and snuggles right in to it!
