PATTERN INFORMATION
I have designed a hexagon flower blanket. The hexagon flower centres represent the roundness of the Earth, The yarn is the floatiness of the Air, The petals are like Fire and the Waves are the flow of the pattern. For this pattern I used Wheel of Alpaca yarn and I separated each colour, from my yarn cakes, and wound them into little balls. Keeping each of the cake colours together in separate pots / project bags.
This blanket is made by crocheting hexagons with flower centres, and then joining the hexagons together to form a blanket.
Double Treble Crochet stitches and Picots are the hardest stitches used in this pattern.
This pattern is an intermediate crochet pattern but there are lots of photos to guide an adventurous beginner.
This pattern contains a photo guide.
