PATTERN INFORMATION
This pattern is made starting with the waistband and working back and forth. Then, it is worked in the round.
The skirt is mainly made in dc stitches and has a beautiful lace piece at the bottom.
For round 2 of the lace accent, I recommend using stitch markers and placing them in every 17th stitch to keep the lace lined up.
