Fantastic pattern. Have used yarn from local store as time was of the essence. A lady reached out to the charity I crochet blankets for asking if someone would make a blanket for her. She has cancer with questionable prognosis. I wanted her to have something beautiful. I’ve got this done in 5 days. 4.5mm hook 140cm x 140cm measured while blocking. The pattern is very well written, and pictures are a great resource. This is the first time I’ve made a blanket that is so pretty, and am thrilled. I hope the recipient likes it. I have now started another using twister and cotton kings cone for my due in October. I hope to have it done in two weeks for the baby shower 🤞

Pattern was easy to follow. Pictures did help a lot. It's a beautiful blanket and can be for more than babies. Definitely not a beginner pattern. I'd say intermediate. Had fun making this blanket.
