The ultimate party yarn has arrived! Party Deluxe from Go Handmade makes it easy for you to bring the life of the party to an otherwise boring sweater. It actually has sequins attached to the strand.

You could, e.g., use Party Deluxe as a second strand with any other yarn you’re knitting or crocheting with. Together they’ll create an amazing and festive look, and the possibilities are endless! You can’t help but get in a good mood.

You can easily use the yarn on its own, and it’s surprisingly soft and easy to work with. You could, e.g., crochet a cute and light, unique party shawl. But if you want to make a nice and warm, glistening hat or a nice, warm, and festive shawl, this yarn needs a helping hand.

Party Deluxe is a thin lace yarn, so when we recommend that you use this yarn with 3,5 - 4,5 mm knitting needles, it’s because the paillettes call for nice and loose knitting if worked on its own. You could also use it as a second strand and pair it with another yarn.

The yarn is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified (no. 22.HCN.95901). Find more information about the certification at the https://www.oeko-tex.com/en/

Party Deluxe is available in many different versions. Some have a more neutral look, since thread and sequins are made in the same shade. Other colors come with silver and rainbow colored sequins that create a cool contrast. And others again have wild combinations of different colored sequins.

Most lace weight/thread sequin yarns/threads I've bought are so lightweight they float off or bunch up around the yarn I carry them with, but this thread is smooth, shiny, and so easy to carry with another yarn that i forget I'm working with two strands. Sequins are small so they don't snag when pulling through stitches. Sequin distribution is perfect for crochet - other sequin threads I've used have too much thread between each sequin so the project gets only a sprinkle of them. This one peppers each row with sequins and looks much more luxe! LOVE that the color options have color-coordinated sequins rather than just the standard silver or gold. As soon as i saw how GORGEOUS the hunter green one was in person, I knew I needed very color. I also have the beige. I completely frogged two projects just to start them over with this thread in them. It really is stunning.

                                                                                                                      Alicia

                                                                                                                      I LOVE this yarn!!!
Truthfully I use it most with my handspun singles.
For folks who aren't familiar with spinning yarn, when you do it yourself, you have to spin each "ply" (divisible strands of the finished product) separately, then you spin them together to strengthen and form the actual yarn itself
As an accent for different fibers, Party Deluxe is PERFECT! I can use something that fluffs out as you work with the finished yarn like angora rabbit to spin one ply, and highlight it by plying with Party. That way I get a super fluffy yarn with cool sequins in it, and the fun colors look lovely as striping!

It is also lovely when held as a second strand of yarn and worked up in a project. Great way to add in a little "bling" to something!

So a very versatile yarn that is a lot of fun!

                                                                                                                      Cass

Pink- The Prettiest! This thread is highly shiny, silky feeling and very bright. The little sequins are a good size in proportion to the thread weight. It’s very pretty to use in addition to a regular yarn, to add some personality. The yardage is excellent value for money. Add it along to a white, black or along a border to give your knit or crochet project a dash of sparkle!

                                                                                                                      Lynette

I purchased this to work with the cocktail deluxe, colour matched perfectly and it looks amazing, was worth the extra effort to make the over top with this. Had to concentrate when making as just different to work with.

obsessed with this yarn! love the colors. only downside, is that I am having trouble crocheting with it because of its light weight, plus the sequins. Overall however I highly recommend!
