Mohair Delight is a soft and light mohair blend with a beautiful, fluffy halo. We love this wonderful yarn that is produced for us at an Italian spinning mill. Mohair Delight is super cool for fluffy sweaters and cardigans with the exquisite mohair look we can't get enough of.

It is hugely popular to use a thin mohair/kid silk together with another yarn to add a nice fluffy look to your knitwear. Mohair Delight is a budget-friendly alternative that allows you to knit on larger needles with mohair without having to keep track of multiple strands.

Want to knit an extra fluffy sweater? You can simply knit with several strands of Mohair Delight and still preserve the airy structure of the yarn. Multiple strands will give the yarn plenty of volume while still feeling light and comfortable.

Mohair Delight is available in a stunning range of gorgeous colorways with beautiful and rich colors.

The yarn is OEKO-TEX® certified (no. 2276-367). Find more information about the certification at https://www.oeko-tex.com/en/

I’m making a shawl of Light Peach (18) using 5.5 mm needles and I absolutely love how airy it is, while still being warm. The ball seems so small at first, but I was amazed how I could knit for hours and the size never seemed to change.

I will say that it may be listed as a 4, but it works up more like a 2 or a 3. Check your gauge!

Bottom line: soft, light, excellent colours, great buy (especially when on sale). Looking forward to buying more!

Valerie

I bought Mohair Delight for my first cardigan project.....beautiful yarn and got a great sale by purchasing multiple skeins.! I used it double strand with a matching color acrylic....next time I will use just Mohair Delight as it was bulky enough....it turned out very nice💕 When a sale comes around, I will purchase again....hopefully soon! To top it off, I got a piece of candy with my order! What a nice company you are, Hobbii🙂

Soraya

Really great value for the volume and price, it honestly can't be beat.
This is especially apparent with bulk discounts!
The only con I can find is it can be slightly scratchy feeling at first, which is apparently true of most mohair.
I've knit it held double for a lovely marshmallowy affect.
It would also work very well held double with another strand of another yarn for a lovely halo affect.

Robin

This mohair is a lot thicker than most mohair! But I honestly loved it because it added more fiber content and weight to my sweater than a normal thinner strand of mohair. Currently making the Novice Sweater by Petite Knit and its working beautifully. The skeins do have a shorter meter length than most mohair skeins, so this is something to keep in mind when ordering!

EILEEN

It's a little less soft than I thought when I received it, but after I knit it up, all my worries went out the window.
It's really fluffy and luxurious! I'm making a cardgian and it's the fluffiest thing. No need to double strand a lace weight silk mohair with wool. This is like a 2 in 1 .
