This is my first Hobbii project. I’ve worked with all kinds of patterns over the years and found this one very easy to follow. I like the extra info for multiple sizes. I used Manaya, which was my first Hobbii yarn, and liked it too.
I added a scalloped edge and made a crocheted flower to replace the pom-pom. It turned out just as I’d hoped.

This pattern is so easy to follow, that I only had to look at it twice. Once to know how to make it, and once more to know how to sew the top shut. The stitches are basic, so anyone from beginner on up, should be able to do this easily. The hat is really really cute. Looks very nicely, almost professionally made.

This pattern makes a great beginner baseline for how to crochet a basic hat. I've made it a few times, and it's easily adaptable to a different yarn.
