PATTERN INFORMATION
The Lexi Bag is a pattern that uses the traditional granny square style but in the shape of a hexagon. It’s a stylish, modern styled handbag that can work with any outfit!
The construction is made in panels and sections and then seamed together. The pattern includes detailed written instruction and also provides links to video tutorials to help with stitches and construction. There are instructions for adding bamboo round handles, or making crochet handles. This pattern is great for comfortable beginners or experienced crocheters looking to try something new.
Some of the techniques/stitches used in the pattern are: single crochet, slip stitches, cluster stitches, and chain stitches. The colour options are endless with Friends Ribbon! For the light version, we used color 03.
