Diablo with a luxury twist! Our light and airy mohair blend has been joined with the finest glitter thread. The delicate silver and gold thread is so thin that you can’t feel it, but it adds some sparkle to the fluffy brushed mohair look.
You can create the most wonderful knitwear with this glitter yarn. Knitting with a single strand will create a super airy fabric, showcasing all of the yarn’s best qualities. With 2, 3 or 4 strands the knitting will go like a breeze on larger needles. Use it as a cool glitter detail in stripes or edges, or knit an entire party blouse in only Diablo Glitter.
When knit together with another yarn, like a wool or wool blend Diablo Glitter adds a little sparkle without becoming overpowering. It will make the overall look more fluffy and thick.
The glitter version is created to go seamlessly with the “regular” Diablo, so it’s a safe choice to combine the two. You can work them on the same knitting needle or crochet hook, but be aware that Glitter has a slightly shorter meterage.
The base colors are picked from our Hobbii Diablo color card, and apart from possible dye lot variations, they are very easy to put together.

I bought and used the Diablo Glitter yarn color #16. I knit one strand along with 2 other yarns, a DK weight felted tweed in golden yellow and a fingering weight wool yarn in blacks, rusts and golds. I knit the Hobbi pattern hat "Ydun by Irene Rasch. It looked very pretty and the gauge was correct when I changed to size 5 and 6 (US) needles. It was a gift and the recipient was thrilled with it. The Diablo Glitter yarn added a beautiful sparkle to the hat without overwhelming it. The pretty fluffy rust color of the Diable Glitter yarn made the hat soft and a tiny bit fluffy.

I really like this as an alternative to expensive mohairs that are more of percentage mohair, especially since it's not itchy to me and is still the same kind of texture and fluffiness even with the glitter. I'd say the only downside is that the feeling is definitely different, but it's so worth it because of how easy it is to use and the quality for the price.

Beautiful Yarn. I make smaller projects like mitts and this yarn adds a little bit of fluff and sparkle to my products. I like twinning a solid color to color changing yarns, and this light weight yarn adds to the project without overshadowing the other color used. Will buy again for sure!

Diablo glitter can be a sliiiiightly itching yarn than the classic diablo but it has such a pretty glitter shine affect to projects it is so worth it. I made a sweater as well as a sweater dress with this held with mega ball and both are such nice holiday season wears!

I just love the color and everything about this lace weight yarn. I am making a lace sweater with the rose gold it is gorgeous and everyone that is seeing it in progress wants one too. I love the ease this yarn works up with and the yardage.
