Yarn information
Are you a fan of yarn and surprises? We are too!
Our popular Lucky Bags are perfect for anyone who loves surprises and is ready to ignite their creativity. The Lucky Bag Recycled Cotton contains 1 kg (35.3 oz) of yarn made from a blend of recycled cotton and other fibers. The colors, yarn weights, brands, and skein sizes may vary, adding an element of surprise. We don't want to spoil the fun, but it's worth noting that you might receive a bag with multiple skeins of one yarn or a mix of different yarns.

I ordered two of these lucky bags, each contained (10) skeins of the Everyday Recycled Cotton. It was an excellent mix of colors, I got 5 different colors in each bag, 2 skeins of each color. The yarn is very easy to work with, no knots in any of the skeins I've used so far. The colors are so beautiful and vibrant, I'm very happy with the ones I got. I've already placed another order for more of this recycled cotton yarn (it has been renamed to "Daily Stitch" recycled yarn). I have had a little bit of trouble with the yarn splitting, but nothing too bad. I will also say that the yarn is a bit rough, it's a cotton/polyester blend, but it works great for blankets or home decor.

I've always been happy with the regular cotton lucky bag, so I decided to give this one a try. I really like the bag I got! It's not the softest cotton, compared to the rainbow and friends cottons, but perfectly fine for home goods and I would probably be okay making a garment from it. I absolutely love the colors they chose.

I loved opening this bag and got 5 skeins of dark grey, 3 skeins of a wine red, and 2 skeins of white. Very Gothic themed and could make something pretty cute with colors that matchy.

I got ten skeins, two of each color. These will be great for making dish clothes or hand towels. It was a good selection of colors and will be versatile for projects.

I took a chance and got 2 of these. I've not used sock yarn before, but I'm excited to give it a go. I think I'll make some washcloths and dishcloths out of it.
