Honolulu is an exciting, soft, and gorgeous yarn that consists of four thin strands that stick together without being spun together. The transitions between the individual colors are gradual and slow which results in some super beautiful color gradients in your needlework.

The practical yarn is large enough and consists of 800 meters but small and compact enough to have with you on the go.

When Honolulu is used you can make the most beautiful shawls, scarves, tops, and many other lovely items. The mix gives the yarn a fine lightness, a little extra durability, and an impressive color depth.

P.S. Honolulu has a small strong knot on the thread where the color is changing. A great trick when knitting or crocheting with Honolulu is to lead the yarn through a small bead before you start. Then the threads will be held together more easily.

Was really nervous to try such a thin yarn. I typically work with med weight (4), so going down to fine like this was a bit of a challenge, that I was finally feeling confident enough to try it out. the four separate strands, and the knot for the color changes worried me but that worry was all for nothing. it's spinning up a wrap in mosaic crochet just stunningly. I hit the first knot for the color change and the knot is tight and doesn't cause any issues! I'm so happy with this I ordered another two cakes immediately. I got the Honolulu and the colors are just amazing.

I crocheted a doily using Hulu color number 6 The colors are so bright and vibrant. The doily turned out beautifully. I love how the color changes and there is a lot of colors to choose from. However this yarn is not good for a beginner, it’s 4 stands of yarn together and it’s easy to drop a strands if not careful. This yarn is also very soft. I should have made an article of clothing with it but I couldn’t help myself using it for a doily I thought the bright colors would look amazing and it did.

This is my second order from hobbi. I can't believe how quickly the yarn arrived. This time I ordered Oahu, I can't stop looking at how beautiful it is. FAST shipping, a free gift of stitch markers and a sweet little candy heart. I will be ordering again and again.

The four strands of yarn together make it a bit difficult to use—so I would caution any fiber artists to be extra careful to not tangle it! Other than that I absolutely love this yarn. It’s soft and breezy when made into a shawl, perfect for spring!

I love this yarn. It's lacy and I find the threads do not separate, which makes working with it very pleasurable. I have bought many of the Honolulu cakes and have made beautiful shawls with them. Thank you Hobbi
