Dolce Mohair Multi is a 60% kid mohair and 40% acrylic blend with a distinctive structure of twined strands with exciting color changes. The mohair gives the Italian-made yarn its sweet look with cozy softness while acrylic supports the delicate fiber and adds durability.
The play of colors of Dolce Mohair Multi looks great in everyday knitwear and accessories that you want to keep close to your skin. The exciting color changes are irregular and can be longer or shorter based on the chosen shade.
Dolce Mohair Mohair can be worked as a single thread or combined with a solid color for a more understated look. The yarn is recommended for size 6 mm (US 10) needles, but depending on the wanted look and texture we suggest trying out bigger or smaller needles.
NB! Please note that you get one skein per unit you buy. Due to the long color changes, skeins can look very different from one another, as some colors might hide inside the ball. The images with several skeins are only to illustrate this color change.

I crochet, but I have neuropathy in my hands. Everything feels like sand in my hands, so I rubbed this skein along my neck. It is really very soft. The colors are strong but not vibrant due to the halo effect from the mohair. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason with the color variegation. I crocheted a swatch using a 5mm hook. The half double crochet stitch seems the densest to me. I believe putting the skein in the freezer for a few hours will reduce the hairs flying around. I will order more colors when it goes on sale.

I absolutely love this yarn. It's light, warm, easy to work with and such great quality. Best part - I personally find this blend to be soft, not itchy/scratchy on my skin! I recommend for clothing, it has a lovely drape to it and it's airy (v on trend).
