Dolce Glitter is a 60% kid mohair 35% acrylic​ blend twined together with a fine metallic strand. The mohair gives the Italian-made yarn its sweet look with cozy softness while acrylic supports the delicate fiber and adds durability.

The cloudlike airy finish of Dolce Glitter looks great in everyday knitwear and accessories giving them a modern twist with just a hint of glitter. The yarn comes in muted jewel tones that pair well with the subtle shine of the yarn.

Dolce Glitter can be worked as a single thread for a more airy and ethereal look or combined with multiple threads for added volume without the heaviness. The yarn is recommended for size 6 mm (US 10) needles, but depending on the wanted look and texture we suggest trying out bigger or smaller needles.

If you are sensitive to metallic strands in glitter yarns, do not worry. The glitter in this yarn can hardly be felt and the yarn practically feels the same as the regular Dolce and Dolce Mohair Multi.
