Once you realize the pattern is written in UK terms, and switch the UK double crochet to the US single crochet, the pattern works up beautifully. I also decided to add four more rounds to make mine a bit bigger and it worked out great. Will be making many more of these.

It kept curling and I did it over and over then I realized it was in UK terms. Once I figured that out it worked up very quickly and it’s absolutely adorable. I am so glad I got it to work can’t wait to make some more.
