Felted Wool Multi is made from 100% pure wool in a classic, single-ply roving quality, giving the yarn a natural, full-bodied look. The unspun fiber structure traps air exceptionally well, ensuring projects that feel remarkably warm, lightweight, and airy.
We highly recommend trying your hand at felting projects with this yarn! It’s perfect for warm slippers, trivets, or woolen baskets. When the care instructions say hand wash, that of course doesn’t apply if you want to felt your project. Simply pop it in the washing machine at 30°C. If the project isn’t felted enough, feel free to wash it again or try a higher temperature.
If you do not want to felt your project, Felted Wool Multi is also a great choice for warm adult sweaters and rustic home décor. You get a genuine, traditional wool yarn with plenty of character, body, and a sturdy texture that retains heat. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend not wearing it directly against your skin.
The colour palette features six beautiful printed colour combinations with organic, soft tone-on-tone transitions. Even in felted projects, you will see the lovely, natural colour changes.
