How do I download my purchased PLUS pattern?
Your purchased pattern is ready for you to jump into right away! ☺️ You can access and save your digital patterns in two easy ways:
1. From Your Order Confirmation Email
Open your confirmation email and click the ‘View your order’ button. This will open a web page displaying your complete order details, along with a direct link to download the pattern file directly to your device.
2. From Your Hobbii Profile (Website Only)
If you have a free My Hobbii account, your digital library is backed up for you! Simply log in on our website (note: this feature is not currently available in our mobile app) and find them in your profile menu under ‘My Plus Patterns’.
🔍 Having Trouble Finding It?
- Check your Junk Folder — our business email address can be flagged as spam.
- Did you check out using Apple Pay, G-Pay, Shop Pay or PayPal? If so, your confirmation email and pattern link were automatically sent to the email address linked to that payment account, which might be different from your primary email or your My Hobbii account.
