Can I change or cancel my order?
It is not possible to modify items, quantities or the address on your order. Nor is it possible to merge two orders.
However, it may be possible to cancel so that you can place a new order with your corrections. Please reach out to us immediately and our customer service team will check if it’s still possible! This is a very short window as our warehouse works at lightning speed! 💪
If cancellation is not possible, you are welcome to return items to us for a full refund within 3 months of purchase (provided they are unused and labels are intact). See full details here.
