Perfect project for a long haul air travel! I was looking for a project with an easy repeat and fine yarn so I could crochet on a cross-Atlantic flight and not have to pack a lot of yarn. My grandson had earlier picked a pattern for a dragon bookmark, and the colors he wanted were the darker turquoise from the outside of this skein and the gray from the inside. It left me with the perfect amount for this zig zag scarf; just a little shorter than the original pattern. I actually didn’t complete it on our trip, but it turned out to be exactly perfect and I am very happy with the results!

Made this with Twister Nordic Winter (13). Love how it turned out. Simple, mindless pattern. But took me a long time! (Maybe I’m just super slow. Ha ha ha.) I made one change, and it made for a nice, finished looking edge: instead of a chain 3 at beginning of rows, I did ch1, and then did a DC right into the base of the ch1, and the second DC in that same stitch

I made this scarf in Twister# 33 yarn. The pattern was super easy to follow and the color changes in the yarn only added to the beautiful outcome of the finished scarf. Although the scarf is quite long, this only gives you more options in the way you wear it. I'm ready to make another!

I just finished this scarf for my aunt using Universe yarn and it turned out beautiful. The sparkly thread of the yarn I used gave it a nice look without being overpowering. I plan to use this pattern again to make a scarf for myself.

Made with sultan yarn. Slightly shorter, which is fine. Easy to follow pattern. Very beautiful. Great project for road trip. Only need to memorize 1 row of pattern that keep repeating. No counting needed.
