I ordred these while they were on sale as I wasn't sure they were any different than a standard straight needle. I was wrong. I make mostly crochet amigurumi and using these needles to sew them together is much easier. The added little curve at the tip makes it easy to get under stiches when sewing two pieces together. They're also a sturdy needle and can be used easily with chunky weight yarn and worsted weight.

These curved tip wool needles make Kitchener stitches on socks easy work, and the colors make it easier to see the needle when working with light colored yarn due to the color contrast. While I received these darning needles as a free gift I didn’t expect them to be my go to yarn needles.
