Penguin and Polar Bear - Reversible Toy

PATTERN INFORMATION

The reversible toy Penguin and Polar Bear is crocheted in one piece. When you have finished crocheting the toy and sewn the pieces on, you can tuck one animal inside the other.  You decide whether you prefer to add safety eyes or embroider the eyes with a small piece of scrap cotton yarn. If you decide to add safety eyes, make sure you use ones that are large enough to fit properly without falling out of the holes. I recommend a minimum of 9 mm, this depends on your gauge.

I recommend embroidering the eyes if the toy is to be used by children under 3 years old.
