Great pattern! I spent a long time looking for a pansy pattern to make a bouquet for a birthday gift. This one was the most straightforward and beautiful one I came across. I ended up making 3 in total. I tried adding a stripe of dark purple on one for more dimension but ultimately liked the simplicity of the original pattern.
For supplies I used yarn by Yarn Art Jeans (weight:2) with a 2.5 mm hook. Because of the yarn weight, I skipped rows 10 & 11. So each petal only has 9 rows! I love how they turned out next to the other flowers in the vase.
This was my first try at crochet florals. I’ll definitely be crocheting more flower patterns from Hobbi in the future
