Love this sweater!! Made one for my dad, out of sultan Shadow and sultan solid. Shadow color was sage, and used black for the sleeves. Really simple pattern. I used this pattern with a few alterations to make one for myself out of tea time XL. My dad's sweater took about a week and a half, mine took 4 days. I love how easy this was to follow, and barely had to look compared to other patterns.

There is a diagonal line in the back which annoyed me. :( Luckily I managed to avoid that for the sleeves.
It's my first time making a sweater so maybe I messed it up... But looking at the pictures here, it looks like it's also diagonal down the back.
When joining the rounds, it says you should start the new row with ch3 then 1 DC on same stitch as the ch3. Instead of that, I didn't add a DC on the same stitch as ch3, but rather added that DC at the end of each round (before slip stitch to finish the round).
