For starters, I am a big fan of earth tones, so I absolutely love the color combination. I also happen to think that alpaca is soft, and combined with the acrylic, makes it totally touchable, and wearable for my taste.
I am really enjoying the pattern too, and as with any new pattern trial, I will want to make several, but I want to keep this one.
Hint for froggers, go back slowly, and do not crochet too tightly.
I love everything about this duet.

I'm about halfway through this pattern and can't wait ti finish it so I can wear it!! I got the yarn/color that was used in the pattern in the advent calendar. Not yarn or color I would have chosen myself, but I'm glad I got something outside of my comfort zone!!

I agree it is not a frog friendly yarn.however this might be the easiest Hobbii pattern to follow.

The pattern is fine - some of the skip ones don’t seem to line up just right for me. But the yarn color is horrendous. The yarn is so fuzzy/scratchy…it looks just like hair. It looks like I’m making a hair scarf. Sad beige. Why not a nice blue? The yarn is also hard to undo if you make a mistake.

The yarn for sure doesn't frog easily. The pattern also isn't symetrical, so I found myself improvising a little bit. The yarn is also a little scratchy.
