Laudy has a lovely width in the skirt and is knit from the top down
Laudy has a lovely width in the skirt and is knit from the top down. The mixed yarn, Twister, makes the skirt airy and very comfortable to wear - even in the summer heat.
It’s knit in three sections on three different size needles that gives it an airy look and a fabulous fit.

I love this skirt. Fit was perfect. I have made two - one from Dahlia Mixo (Outer Space) and the other from Cotton Kings Sultan Shadow (Black/Amber). Entered them both in the local agricultural show and won first prize with one and second prize with the other (knitted garment section). Really comfortable to wear and a great knit to do whilst watching a movie etc. Pattern easy to follow.

Sizing was perfect. Takes a while with the fine guage yarn, but I wear it constantly. It was my first foray into summer knits. I thought it would be too hot to wear. I was very, very wrong. Great even on the hottest days here on los angeles!
