Gieleroth - Headband
Pretty and festive headband
Pretty headband with twist.
The headband is knit in our lovely Metallico yarn, giving the headband a festive look. It’s knit back and forth either on a circular needle or on single pointed needles and then sewn together.

Easy and fast to knit pattern that is good for practicing cables. There is a 12-stitch cable though, which can be a little fiddly.
Teri
Quick to knit pattern. Would suggest practice with cable needles before attempting pattern. Requires dexterity that a new-to-cable-knitting individual might be frustrated with. Plenty of yarn left over. Used 3 skeins to make 4 projects.
Fiona
This pattern is pretty straightforward, and would make a good introduction to cables. I was pleased at how little yarn it used up; less than one skein of metallico, with plenty left over if I'd needed it.
