I had a great time with this design. The details such as the toes, hair on the head and tail and the wrinkles on the trunk made this an over-the-top cute. I made this as a request for a baby shower gift and didn't change anything. The Rainbow Cotton 8/4 yarn is my go to yarn for amigurumi so I was excited to follow another pattern using this wonderful fiber again.

This toy was a real joy to make! I used yarn from my stash and the result was quite satisfactory, but I am in the process of making another one using the new toucan yarn! Can't wait to see how that turns out. The pattern was easy to follow and I should be ready with these toys for my two upcoming baby showers. Thank you Hobbii for this very cute pattern!

This pattern is so cute made up. I had finished it and immediately a neighbor's child wanted it. I didn't get pictures of it before it was given. Next time I will make one blue and one pink.

Great pattern. I do wish that it was easier to crochet the feet arms and head to the body but I managed to sew them together!
