I have made this pattern twice now and both of the shawls turned out absolutely beautiful. I did use the Metallico "Rosaline" colored yarn for the first one. I used the 4 ply yarn. The second one I used Metallico "Rose Gold" for which I originally purchased 4 skeins prior to deciding on making the second one. So I ordered another 6 skeins, which turned out to be a good idea because when I got the order I did not realize I had ordered 2 ply, lol. I didn't want to send back so I took two of the skeins and worked them together to make a 4 ply. Those were just enough to finish the second shawl so it all worked out okay. It is a very easy pattern to follow, and looks very intrinsically beautiful when complete. I have not decided whether I will keep these or give them as special gifts, but I love the way they both turned out. ~Linda

J’ai utilisé 7 pelotes de la laine recommandée, je tricote lâche alors j’ai vraiment tout utilisé :)

Pattern was well written and easy to follow. I did have to look up a video for some extra help with the X stitch because I thought I was doing it wrong. I didn't have the recommended yarn on hand so I used 2 skeins of Red Heart Hygge Charm and it came out large, sparkly, soft and squishy. Love it

A pretty fast pattern. I used Sultan Pastello yarn on this pattern. It took a few rows to get used to the 4 cotton strands that make up this yarn. Mine measured 15 inches by 59 inches. I did not use the entire cake. At the 20% weight point, I started the final rows and had leftover yarn at the end.

This pattern is easy and the final product, easy to replicate. I learnt a new stitch - the “X”, which is so fun to make. I didn’t have easy access to Metallico so I used a similar yarn from another brand. Honestly the result look so similar. Love it!
