PATTERN INFORMATION

The Marine Sweater is worked from the top down in a striped pattern using two colors. The yoke is worked back and forth in rows to shape the V-neck and shoulder line. Increases are worked with M1R and M1L along both shoulders and the V-neck.

The body and sleeves are worked in the round. The sleeves are worked after the main body section is complete. The sweater has an oversized fit.

The hem and cuffs are worked in rib stitch and continue the stripe pattern. The neck edge is finished with a stockinette band that rolls naturally and creates a soft tube-like edge.
