So I used a 4 mm and a deluxe cake like the pattern called for, but I must've crocheted too loosely or something because I did not have enough yarn for the edging. Instead, I undid the last row and turned it into the SC row of the edging. Next time I'll go down a hook size to 3.5 and pull a little tighter on my stitches. Otherwise super easy pattern.

This was my first Hobbii project, and won't be my last! I'm a novice crochet-er. The step-by-step pictures made following the directions so easy. I made the shawl in Sultan Deluxe Andamooka Opal. The actual colors were brighter than in the picture, but still a beautiful combination. It's a perfect weight for cool spring evenings.

This was my first pattern, and it went absolutely perfect!!! I used a Halloween Dhalia and it looks AMAZING!!!! Definitely perfect for someone just learning patterns, the yarn can be a bit fickle (4strand) but have patience and you shall be rewarded with a GORGEOUS garment

I used a Halloween yarn, the daliah Halloween line, and it worked up beautifully. soft yarn and everyone I come across loves it and wants one. This was the first thing I ever made for myself, and I loved it, the pattern was easy to follow, and the pictures helped a ton.

I have now made 6 of this shawl and I love it! It uses exactly 1 cake of the yarn, so the color changes are perfect, and it is a really easy repeat that I can do while sitting in a meeting or waiting for my husband. I love it!
