I think it’s in UK terms (as the patten says UK 😊). I converted the stitch to US and it was no problem. I guess it can be frustrating the pattern doesn’t specify where to sew, but it is intermediate, so maybe the author assumes at this point, you have your creative say. I’ll make more with different yarn.

I made this bear but changed the double crochets to single crochets. Also I added a kawaii heart to it and made it a valentine bear! Very cute pattern would make again!

This is one of my favorite bear patterns. I love the ears and face. Easy to follow pattern. Have used various sizes of hooks and yarn. They all came out great
