I have never made a shawl before and found this pattern hit several learning styles at once. If I was uncertain, with the verbiage, the pictures definitely cleared up any confusion! I also appreciated the yarn recommendations and alternatives I had to get the colors I wanted to match the personality of the wearer. I ended up picking Dahlia Mixo #09 and loving the effect I’m getting. It’s colorful, soft, and lightweight and I can’t wait to finish. Even though I’m not done, I have already gotten numerous compliments and my husband’s grandmother now wants one too! Thank you for the pattern and the yarn! (Insert big hug here)

I love Hobbii shawl patterns!. Your instructions are truly some of the best that I have ever seen. I've been crocheting for 55 years, so I am definitely an experienced crocheter. When I saw the Ceylon Tea pattern this morning, I purchased it immediately because I love doing shawls and this is one of the prettiest patterns I've yet seen! I love how the directions are given as written, illustrated and photographs for each row. I have purchased patterns from other companies that just don't make sense and I give up on them. That's definitely not the case for the patterns i find on the Hobbii site. Keep up the good work!

Redteapot design. Thay says it all right. they provides hands down the best pattern ever. It has a written step, pictures and a diagram for each row. And!!! A stich count row by row. I'm a fan of this designer.
Being French crocheting (, the diagram and pictures are a huge help when I translate the pattern so I can make them .)
They are truly easy to follow. So we'll made, even an enthusiastic beginner can take a big project.
It makes the pattern accessible to all languages.

I absolutely love the patterns by Redteapot. I bought most of them through Etsy before I found Hobbii. The pattern is excellent with written instructions and (more importantly for me) pictures!! I learn better through pictures but the written part is invaluable. I made a shawl for my daughter in pastel pinks, yellow and white and her friends absolutely love it! Can't wait to make more of these!

Lovely, textured shawl with easy to follow directions — instructions, charted rows, and photos. I used Hobbii’s Sultan Deluxe (thin cotton sport yarn) instead of the recommended Twister (fingering), and it finished beautifully. I was able to complete 3 complete pattern repeats using a 3.5 mm hook with yarn to spare.
