Mandy Watene

I'm Mandy from New Zealand.
I decided to make a Korowai (Maori Cloak) for my granddaughter. This cloak is for a child so I started searching for some strong soft cotton here in NEW Zealand but couldn't find any. I had subscribed to hobbii only a few months earlier. Checked out the website and ordered 200 balls of white cotton. I took a risk in ordering the cotton but was delighted to say the least, the cotton was so soft and just what I needed. The service I received was fantastic from the start of my order to when I received it a week later. The prompt deliver of the 200 balls was fabulous. Thank you. !!!
I will be ordering again.

I absolutely love this yarn, the amount of colors just make me want to order them all.
I have been looking a long time to find any cotton in Australia and never found anything.
After a visit to my native country Denmark, I stumbled on to the hobbii web site and to my delight I finally found what I have been looking for.
The quality of the cotton is superb, soft and great to work with.
The service from the team is fantastic and I would and have recommended fellow craft people to take advantage of ordering their yarn from hobbii

As I have problems finding cotton yarn of this quality where I live, i always come back not only to this yarn but also to Hobbii, I have ordered many different times and every time I receive the shipment in time, it's always been in perfect condition. It's easy to stay updated with the shipping date and if you sign up for the emails, you are always aware of the awesome sales.

Karen

I am beyond thrilled with this cotton yarn! Here in NV, USA, I’ve chosen to resort to an almost craft yarn for some projects that would have looked much nicer in a better quality yarn. This yarn, & the other 8/4 cottons are soft, vibrant, very affordable, & 100% acceptable for summer clothing. We will be cruising the Caribbean in February & March, & I’m excited about the swim coverups & tops I will have made to take on this trip‼️😃

Amy

Love love the hobbit 8/4 cotton yarn! Perfect on a 2.5mm crochet hook to make some pretend play sweets. Ive made Macroons, ice cream, biscuits, milkshake and more Macroons. I did find some inconsistency with yarn thickness of various colour. I made 3 Macroons from the 8/4 in 3 different colours with each Macroons end results of Different sizes. However, I ended up making same colour sets that are just gorgeous in this yarn.
