Pearly Haze, a yarn with a pearly sheen.
This made-in-Italy blown yarn is made from 73% viscose and 27% extra fine merino wool. Pearly Haze is produced using a technique called “Soffili”: the extra fine merino wool is blown into a hollow chainette. The viscose structure gives the yarn an elegant shine, softness, and lightness, whereas the merino wool makes Pearly Haze warm, slightly fluffy, and delicate against the skin. The wool is sourced from Australia and is mulesing-free. Moreover, it has undergone the Basolan treatment which ensures softness, better resistance to pilling, and brighter colors.
The color palette is subdued yet appears vibrant thanks to the shiny effect given by the viscose. Pearly Haze is suitable for beginners and experts alike and it is so flexible that your hands will not get tired while crafting with it.

Pearly Haze is so soft that it will make you fall in love.

This yarn is heavenly! I was surprised at how light and soft it is. I used it for a summer tee, and it feels like I am wearing air. With the viscose, this yarn will grow A LOT, but if you're prepared for it, it creates the most beautiful drape.

Pearly Haze is absolutely gorgeous and they've added new colors like a dark purple! However, beware that frogging is pretty difficult!

I loved this yarn. I used it to make squares for a big afghan. They worked up so nice and soft!

Great to work with. Love the feel. I can’t wait to finish my sweater.

I love the softness & shine of this yarn! The colourways are gorgeous and look fantastic when put together.
You do have to be mindful of your tension when working with this type of blown yarn (especially for crochet, if you're not consistent you'll end up with shorter, denser stitches), but this yarn is a joy to work with and I absolutely love my finished projects!
