Very soft, I bought it for a project that required light weight yarn. It's the exact same thickness or maybe slightly thinner than the friends 8/4 yarn I have which is labeled as super fine so I'm really not sure how this got labeled as light. Going to make something else out of it and I'm sure it will feel amazing but I just wanted to warn anyone who thinks this is light weight yarn. WPI for what I got is 17-18. Still, really like it, just not what I was necessarily looking for at the time.

Very soft but absolutely full of little partially broken strands, and random tufts that stick out of the yarn. The yarn splits like mad, is loosely spun, and is thinner than some #2 weight yarns I have.
The partially broken strands and random tufts are the biggest issue imo, and each of the 3 balls I bought of this yarn are absolutely riddled with them.
