Basix Birch Circular needles
KnitPro's Basix Birch circular needles in birch wood. The needles display the natural properties, strength as well as the beautiful, bright color of the birch tree. The cable transitions are smooth so the masks slide effortlessly over the pins without sticking at the junctions from pins to cable. In addition, the cables are flexible and resilient so they can easily fold together without risk of cracking.
Birch circular needles are ideal for thicker yarn as they slide easily through the stitches without tangle the yarn. The needles are available in six different lengths: 40, 60, 80, 100, 120 and 150 cm, and in sizes from 4-25 mm, needless to say, there are needles for any project.
The comfortable natural material makes the needles comfortable to use and you can knit for hours without sore hands and fingers.
I got the 10mm and 9mm and I was pleasantly surprised with how good these needles were! For wood needles, they were super smooth to work with and the tips were not too sharp. I'm glad I purchased these needles and will be using them for many projects :)
These were smooth and easy to work with. I got the 9mm 40cm long and made a circle scarf with them. The yarn I used was very wooly so it did grab onto the wood a little bit, but still very easy to work with.
If you are looking for the perfect needles to make a hat, the 40 cm set is exactly what you need. Great for beginners, or anyone who just can't seem to get the hang of double-pointed needles.
I got the 12mm needle and that's exactly what I was hoping for. It's light-weighted and sturdy, most importantly, none of the noise from metal needles. Love it!
Fantastic for hats! I'm always team circs over DPNs, but these in particular feel really nice, and the points are good and sharp (but not TOO sharp).
