Covid-19: Important information regarding your orders

We at Hobbii have always known there is no better way to spend time inside than with some squishy yarn and a project on your hook or needles. In these times we see that more and more people find joy in this. We are very fortunate and grateful to be able to provide yarn for you.
This means we are much busier than usual and it will take a bit longer to get your order. Our warehouse and postal services are working tirelessly to ship orders as quickly as possible in these extraordinary circumstances. The information below answers the most frequently asked questions regarding processing and delivery of your squishy mail.
When will you ship?
While all precautions as set by the Danish government are taken, our warehouse employees are amazing and up to full speed!
We will ship out your package within 48 hours after receiving your order.
Can my order be delivered?
Yes! If you place an order, it can be delivered. We are in close contact with our shipping partners and they are also working their hardest to get you your packages.
Our shipping partners have also been taking strict safety precautions. This results in longer delivery times than you are used to. They may provide contactless door delivery or bring your package to a pick-up point.
We kindly ask you to keep an eye on your tracking information with your local carrier as well as the precautions taken in your own region.
When will my order be delivered?
We update the shipping times on our website as frequently as possible based on the information we get from our shipping partners. The majority of orders are delivered within the predicted amount of days.
However, due to the precautions taken around the world service delays might occur. These delays will be longer than those seen at busier times like Black Friday and Christmas.
You may notice your order takes a while to be scanned when arriving in the destination country. This is because the sorting facilities are busier than usual as well. We understand this can be concerning. Please rest assured parcels will arrive slowly but surely.
The factors above may affect orders shipped out in early March and onward.
We kindly ask for your patience and understanding in case these delays occur.
Can I make changes to my order?
As usual, we unfortunately do not have the means to change anything in your order, even if has not yet left the warehouse. Our warehouse works in the most optimal way to get your yarn shipped and we cannot interfere with that process. We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope for your understanding.
Can I correct my shipping address?
We kindly ask that you to double-check the shipping details in your order confirmation. When an address is incorrect, we reship your parcel to the correct address when it returns to us. For the reasons listed above this will result in very long wait times.
Please let us know immediately if your shipping address needs to be adjusted. We can gladly correct it before your order leaves us!
As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, we unfortunately have no means to make any changes.
Can I still reach customer service?
Absolutely! We want to thank you for your support in these times. Many of you have reached out with some amazing messages that really have brought some extra sunshine in our home offices and the warehouse. <3
All these loving words, together with your questions mean that our yarn heroes at customer service are busier than ever. Of course they are here to help you with a virtual smile as always :) Responses will take a bit longer than you are used to and we appreciate your patience.
